DataRopes.ai implemented an automated system that streamlined payroll processing, bonus calculations, and sales performance analysis, using a combination of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS services.
- We automated payroll for over 2,000 employees, eliminating manual timecard data entry and enabling accurate wage calculations via Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
- A real-time bonus calculation model was built using BigQuery, processing 100,000+ sales transactions monthly to provide accurate performance-based payouts.
- Sales data from 10 stores was consolidated into BigQuery, allowing real-time comparisons of sales performance and key metrics using Power BI dashboards.
- Automated data pipelines were established using Cloud Scheduler, running daily updates to ensure payroll, sales, and bonus data was always current and accurate.
