Approach & Solution
We developed an SQL Server database solution to address the lead validation complexity and data fragmentation issues.
- Consolidated data from five different sources into a centralized SQL Server database, ensuring seamless integration of both in-house and call center-generated leads.
- Created a real-time data validation framework using SQL queries to assess the accuracy and authenticity of thousands of incoming leads daily, improving lead quality.
- Automated the continuous monitoring and validation of leads based on predefined business rules, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency in the validation process.
- Applied advanced data analytics techniques to detect anomalies and trends in lead generation processes, further enhancing the reliability of lead validation.
Results & Outcomes
The centralized lead validation system improved data processing speeds, enabling the company to validate twice the number of leads in the same timeframe as before.
