The client needed a comprehensive churn rate analysis of their Stripe subscription data and cohort analysis of the various plans offered over any given time. These insights were crucial for understanding customer retention and subscription performance.
Approach & Solution
DataRopes.ai built a data warehouse on top of the subscription data from Stripe, allowing efficient analysis and visualization.
- We retrieved and processed over 500,000 subscription records from Stripe, centralizing data in a BigQuery warehouse for easier querying.
- Stitch was used to automate the data extraction process, handling daily updates of the client’s subscription data.
- We aggregated and manipulated the data to create KPIs, enabling cohort analysis across 10 different subscription plans.
- We designed interactive dashboards in Looker Studio, creating 20+ custom reports to track churn rates and subscription performance.
Results & Outcomes
