The client, operating an app similar to Tinder for clothes, faced issues in capturing user activities such as app opens, closes, and swipes. These activities were tracked through MixPanel, but some events were not captured properly. Additionally, they needed a way to track users’ operating systems (Android vs. iPhone) through UTM parameters for marketing analysis.
